Our robes are made in Jiangsu, China.

We spent a number of months to ensuring we found a high quality manufacturer that has undergone labour condition inspections from a third-party verification consultant. Our supplier has been Global Recycled Standard (GRS 4.0) verified by Intertek to ensure that all materials used conform with regulation.

Our main focus to ensure our supply chain is transparent, high quality and has the planet at the forefront of our mind.

Yes, the robes use no animal products whatsoever.

Yes, our robes are washing machine safe and have washing instrcutions provided on the label.

We advise washing the robe in isolation for the first wash to avoid dye running on lighter colours.

Our robes are unisex, oversized, and very snug.

The main difference between our two sizes in the length (height) of the robes, both sizes have very generous and wide lapels.

The S/M size is 115cm in length. The L/XL size is 130cm in length.

We recommend that anyone under 178cm in height (5' 10') should opt for a S/M, and anyone over should opt for a L/XL - but this is just a guide!

Our robes are designed to be roomy and long in the sleeve! The thick cuffs roll back conveniently to allow for activities such as cooking, and more importantly, eating!

We take pride in our minimal use of sustainable packaging.

Your robe will arrive in a 100% biodegradable plastic bag (for waterproofing) inside of a 100% recyclable paper bag.

We aim to dispatch each order within 2 business days. Delivery times vary, but typically 2-5 business days to the UK, and longer for international deliveries.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from your delivery date (i.e. unwanted item is received by Kotch London within 14 days of item being delivered).

We ask that items are returned unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. Returns are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back with Kotch London. Once we have received and inspected the item and it passes all quality checks, we will be able to process your refund. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original postage cost is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, since Brexit, we cannot accept returns from EU countries.

Once we have received the return and it has passed all quality checks, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed.
